1. Categories of Data Processed:

  1. All personal data that is implicitly transmitted using Internet communication protocols, which the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Website acquire during their normal operation. This includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the User's operating system and computing environment.
  2. Identifying personal data (e.g., name, surname, email address, telephone, country, company name, position, IP address, log files, etc.).
  3. All additional data that the User may voluntarily publish in the “Contact Us” section.

2. Purposes of Processing:

The personal data of Users will be processed lawfully by the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation, for the following processing purposes:

  1. Service provision, to enable User navigation on the Website. With the exception of what is specified elsewhere in this privacy notice, the Data Controller will not make the personal data of Users accessible to other Users and/or third parties.
  2. Fulfilling User requests: The personal data of Users are collected and processed by the Data Controller solely for the purpose of fulfilling their requests. In the event that a User provides or sends their curriculum vitae (CV) voluntarily and directly, we inform you that as the Data Controller, we will use the data provided in the form or CV sent to us to assess whether it matches the ideal candidate we may be seeking. Additionally, we specify that pursuant to Article 111 bis of Legislative Decree 101/2018, information as required by Article 13 of the GDPR will be provided after the initial contact following the CV submission; otherwise, the data will be deleted as soon as it becomes clear that no further contact will be made, without sending any additional information. However, if you provide data partially or incorrectly, we may be unable to evaluate you for the required job position, and the data will be deleted as mentioned above. No other processing will be carried out by the Data Controller regarding the personal data of Users. However, it is always possible to request the Data Controller to clarify the specific legal basis for each processing and, in particular, to verify whether processing is based on law, required by a contract, or necessary to conclude a contract. The provision of personal data for the above processing purposes is optional but necessary, as failing to provide it will make it impossible for the User to submit their request to the Data Controller.

Cookie policy

What Are Cookies and What Are They Used For?

Cookies are small text files that websites visited by the user send directly to their device (usually the browser), where they are stored and then sent back to the same sites on the user's next visit (so-called first-party cookies). During navigation on a site, the user's device may also receive cookies from different sites or web servers (so-called third-party cookies

Cookies can have a limited duration to a single browsing session on the browser (so-called session cookies) and are automatically disabled when the user closes the browser; or they may have a predetermined expiration date, in which case they will remain stored and active on your hard drive until that expiration date, continuing to collect information during different browsing sessions on the browser (so-called permanent cookies).

Cookies are used for various purposes. Some are necessary to allow you to navigate the Website and use its features (so-called technical cookies). Others are used to obtain statistical information, in aggregate or not, on the number of users who access the Website and how the Website is used (so-called tracking or analytics cookies). Finally, others are used to create a consumer profile and show you advertisements on the Website that may be of interest to you, as they are consistent with your tastes and consumption habits (so-called profiling cookies).

To learn more about these different categories of cookies, continue reading this Cookie Policy. Find out how they work and what they are used for, and choose freely whether to consent to their use or prevent it.

Technical Cookies

Technical cookies are used on the Website solely to enable your navigation on the Website and allow you to use its features. These are always first-party cookies, as they are sent directly by us on the Website.

Some technical cookies are essential to provide you with an optimal browsing experience or to allow you to log in to the site, such as to make a purchase on the Website or access your reserved area (so-called navigational cookies). Navigational cookies are typically session cookies, so they are automatically disabled once you close your browsing browser.

Other technical cookies are useful to allow you to store some of your preferences (e.g., language or country of origin) without having to reset them during subsequent visits (so-called functional cookies). For this reason, functional cookies are often persistent cookies, as they remain stored on your computer even after you close your browsing browser until their expiration date or until you decide to delete them.

The following technical cookies are currently used on the Website:

As required by current privacy regulations, your prior consent is not required for the installation of these cookies. Naturally, you are free to block the installation of technical cookies by changing your browser settings (see section E, no. 1 for instructions). However, please note that by blocking the installation of technical cookies or subsequently deleting them, your ability to access the Website, fully or in part, enable or disable certain functions, or receive certain services may be compromised to some extent.

Tracking or Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies are used on the Website to collect statistical information, in aggregate or non-aggregate form, on the number of users who access the Website and how they visit the Website.

The analytics cookies on this Website are third-party cookies, as they are not directly sent by us but by third parties. They are not installed directly by the Data Controller but by third parties.

The following third-party analytics cookies are installed on the Website without your prior consent because they are less invasive as they are anonymized and third parties cannot access disaggregated analytics data at the IP address level (in other words, using these cookies, third parties cannot theoretically trace your identity):

If you express your consent to the installation of cookies in this way, we will track your consent through a specific technical cookie. This way, we will avoid showing you the cookie banner during your subsequent visits to the Website. Please note that if you delete this technical cookie from your browser using the methods described in the following section E, no. 1), your consent will be lost, and therefore, the cookie banner will be displayed again during your next visit to the Website.

Naturally, you are free to block the installation of analytics cookies at any time without compromising your ability to visit the Website and enjoy its content in any way. To learn how to do this, carefully read the information on third-party cookies following the links provided in the table above.

Profiling Cookies

Profiling cookies are used to create a user profile based on the preferences and tastes you express while browsing the internet, allowing you to see advertising messages consistent with your profile. In accordance with the current privacy regulations, the installation of these cookies requires your prior consent. For this reason, when you access the Website, a specific banner is displayed, informing you that (i) profiling cookies are used on the Website, and (ii) by closing the banner, scrolling the homepage, or clicking any element on the homepage outside the banner, you consent to the use of cookies.

Naturally, you are free to block the installation of profiling cookies at any time without compromising your ability to visit the Website and enjoy its content in any way. If you decide to disable behavioral advertising, it does not mean that you will no longer receive ads on the Website. However, the banners you see on the Website may not reflect your interests or preferences on the browser you are currently using.

Some of the profiling cookies are installed directly by the Data Controller (first-party profiling cookies). These cookies are permanent and have a maximum duration of 12 months. Below is a list of the first-party profiling cookies used on the Website, with instructions on how to oppose their installation:

How to Manage Cookies and Opt-Out

There are several options for managing, disabling, and deleting cookies.

(1) Change your browser settings

Follow the instructions provided by the browser manufacturer you are using to find out how to manage, disable, or delete all cookies (technical, analytics, and profiling):

Make your choices carefully. By indiscriminately blocking the receipt of all cookies, including technical ones, without providing a specific exception for the Website, you may no longer be able to browse the Website or use all or part of its features. Additionally, by deleting all cookies from the browser, even the technical cookies may be removed, so you might lose the preferences you've set while using the Website or not find the products or services in your cart.

(2) Use our interactive tools or those provided by third parties

To disable first-party profiling cookies, which are cookies installed directly by us, you can simply use the interactive button highlighted in section D of this Cookie Policy. Your choice to object to the use of these cookies will not affect your ability to browse the Website and use its features and can be revoked at any time using the same interactive button.

To disable third-party cookies, refer to the privacy policies of the third parties that install analytics cookies (see the previous section C) or profiling cookies (see the previous section D) to learn about other tools available to you for managing, disabling, and deleting cookies, as well as for objecting to their use. Keep in mind that by disabling third-party cookies, (i) you object to their use not only on the Website but on all websites where these cookies are used, and (ii) your ability to browse the Website and use its features will not be affected in any way. When you disable third-party cookies, you will still see the banner on the homepage regarding cookies. However, by closing the banner, scrolling the homepage, or clicking any element on the homepage outside the banner, you will not receive any third-party cookies that you have properly disabled.

(3) Use the www.youronlinechoices.eu/it/

Your Online Choices is a website operated by the non-profit association European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA), whose Italian version is available at www.youronlinechoices.eu/it/. It provides information about cookie-based behavioral advertising (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/a-proposito) and allows internet users to easily opt out of the installation of the main profiling cookies used by advertising operators on websites (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/le-tue-scelte). Before using this tool, we recommend carefully reading the terms of service on the Your Online Choices website (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/condizioni-generali-di-servizio), the frequently asked questions (FAQ) (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/faqs), and the user guide (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/help).

Use Your Online Choices wisely. While Your Online Choices brings together many of the world's leading advertising companies that use cookies, some third parties that install cookies through the Website may not have joined Your Online Choices. Therefore, using Your Online Choices does not guarantee that you will receive third-party cookies while browsing the Website. Also, by deleting all cookies from your browser, even the technical cookies released by Your Online Choices to remember your choices may be deleted, making third-party cookies active again.
